What to Expect

This night-time tour of Casa Milà makes one of Barcelona’s most outstanding buildings the protagonist of an elaborate audiovisual show that captures the visitor and brings her closer to the essence of Gaudí’s architecture.

Combining Modernism and Art Nouveau, Gaudí designed Casa Milà with curved walls and ceilings and decorative elements like polychrome murals and colourful mosaics, which give the house its unique character. Already by day a fabulous dream world, the visual effects during the night tour intensify the effect of Gaudí’s structures and forms. A vivid show of light and images, together with the accompanying music, bring the building alive and make this visit an immersive experience.

The semi-guided tour takes the visitor through the building, including the Espai Gaudí, with brief explanations by the tour guides, followed by video projections in the stairwells and patios. It then continues on to Casa Milà’s spectacular rooftop terrace and its 'Garden of Warriors', where the visit is crowned by a spectacular video mapping show and a glass of cool sparkling wine is served.
